Warranty Policy

[September 10, 2026]

Warranty coverage

Warranty coverage depends on the brand, product and model. The applicable warrantor, coverage period, start date, covered defects, claim procedure and cost allocation are stated in the product listing, manufacturer warranty documentation, or an order attachment provided before purchase.  Unless expressly stated in writing, no single warranty duration applies to every product.

What may be covered

Subject to the applicable warranty terms and mandatory law, warranty coverage may apply to qualifying material, manufacturing or functional defects under normal intended use. The product must be used, installed, stored and maintained in accordance with applicable instructions and specifications.

Potential exclusions

To the extent permitted by applicable law and the specific warranty terms, commercial warranty coverage may not include normal wear, consumable depletion, ordinary battery capacity decline, accidental damage, collision, liquid exposure, improper storage, reverse polarity, excessive voltage or load, incompatible charging, improper installation, unauthorized repair, or damage caused by modifications or use outside published specifications. Exclusions will be assessed in relation to the cause of the failure; they do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Manufacturer warranty and seller responsibilities

A manufacturer warranty operates alongside any rights you have against the seller. Referring a claim to a manufacturer does not remove an obligation that legally belongs to us. The expiry of a commercial warranty does not automatically end statutory consumer rights or other protections that continue under applicable law.

How to make a claim

Email support@dronerove.com with your order number or proof of purchase, product model, serial number if available, a description of the fault, operating conditions, and relevant photographs, videos or diagnostic logs. Do not operate or test equipment that appears unsafe merely to collect evidence. We may first offer remote troubleshooting and, if a return or factory inspection is needed, provide a return reference, address and packing instructions.

Assessment and resolution

We will assess the reported issue under the applicable warranty and law. Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may include repair, replacement, completion of delivery, price adjustment or refund. We will explain any chargeable diagnostic work, non-warranty repair or customer-paid freight before proceeding. A replacement that is refurbished will be disclosed and any agreement required by law will be obtained.

Battery and restricted-item returns

Do not send a damaged, swollen, leaking, recalled or otherwise potentially unsafe battery through ordinary mail or air transport without instructions. Contact support@dronerove.com first so an appropriate lawful handling and transport method can be identified.
