1. Are your products genuine originals?
Yes, all DJI Industrial drones we sell are 100% genuine originals and support official serial number verification. Eligible products qualify for DJI's global warranty service.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped within 5–7 business days after confirmation. Before shipping, we will provide actual photos of the product and its packaging, along with the tracking number, to ensure full transparency and traceability throughout the process.
3.Do you offer after-sales service?
Yes, our products are covered by DJI's official warranty policy. Additionally, we maintain ample stock of consumable parts—such as propellers, batteries, and gimbal motors—to provide you with worry-free support for spare parts. The warranty does not cover the following situations: damage resulting from improper operation, drops, collisions, water ingress, unauthorized disassembly, or the use of non-original accessories. For international returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, and associated risks; returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality-related issues.
4. How are customs clearance and taxes handled?
Buyers are responsible for handling customs clearance in their destination country and paying any applicable import duties. Customs clearance procedures can be particularly strict in certain countries (such as Brazil and India); please ensure that you have the necessary capabilities to clear customs. If an order cannot be completed due to a failure in customs clearance, we may be unable to proceed with the transaction. We typically ship goods to a freight forwarder designated by you.
5. Can you provide a stable, long-term supply?
As an authorized DJI agent, I have been collaborating with DJI for nine years. We currently hold the status of a top-tier "S-Class" DJI wholesaler, offering a level of supply stability that is unmatched by others—thereby minimizing your operational risks to the greatest extent possible.
6.Can I use the product normally in my country?
The international version of DJI drones can be used normally in most countries. However, different countries have varying regulations regarding drone flight (such as altitude limits, no-fly zones, mandatory registration, etc.); we recommend consulting local laws and ensuring compliance before flying.
7. Which shipping methods do you use?
We primarily use international express services such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Shipments are delivered quickly and securely within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
8.Do you support DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)?
Currently, our "double-clearance, duty-paid, door-to-door" service is available only in select countries; please consult a sales advisor for specific details. For other countries, we support DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, under which the buyer is responsible for customs clearance and duties at the destination port.
